4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• A detailed proposal will be provided before any commitment is required
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of signed agreement and deposit
• We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion

4.2 Payment

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due 30 days before the experience date
• Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card
• All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated
• Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Client Cancellation

• More than 60 days before: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 31-60 days before: 50% refund
• 15-30 days before: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund

5.2 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or other circumstances beyond our control), we will work with clients to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements. Refunds in such cases will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

If we must cancel your experience due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the booking process
• Arrive punctually for all scheduled activities
• Follow venue rules and guidelines
• Respect cultural institutions, staff, and other guests
• Inform us of any special requirements or accessibility needs
• Carry valid identification and any required documentation
• Maintain appropriate behavior throughout the experience

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Lumora Arc's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Loss of enjoyment or disappointment
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Changes to venue programs or exhibitions beyond our control
• Weather-related disruptions

7.2 Insurance

We strongly recommend that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lumora Arc and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

1. Raise issues immediately with your guide or coordinator
2. If unresolved, contact our office within 48 hours
3. Submit written complaints within 14 days of your experience

Any disputes will be governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts. We encourage resolution through negotiation and mediation before formal legal proceedings.

Clients must inform us of any health conditions or mobility issues that may affect their participation. Some venues may have restrictions on access or participation. We will make reasonable accommodations where possible.

Our experiences may include services provided by third parties (venues, transportation, restaurants). While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for their independent actions or services beyond our direct control.
